To everything there is a season. As team members at Carolina Farms & Homes approach a new season, we'd like to extend a special thanks to Al Engler. As founder and owner for over 24 years, he has helped Carolina Farms weather the storms of the real estate market with his vision and leadership. Carolina Farms has become a leader in its industry. Now has come the time for change in duty and ownership. I am thankful for this opportunity.
New Generation take the Helm  Owners Leon Inman, Ellen Peric, & Andrew Gibbons are dedicated to continue the tradition of Carolina Farms & Homes. As I help lead CFI into the next generation, our goal is to not forget our agents, who have served thousands of clients. It is our aim to find a contemporary style and improved technology to make every real estate transaction accessible and to facilitate success. As we grow together we are positioned to continue and expand our services.
To help in our transition we have brought on board two staff members to coordinate some of these tasks. We would like to welcome Patty Bowen- Ferguson as our Design-Graphic/Assistant to the President and Tracy Snow as our Agent Coordinator/Administrative Assistant.
